Responsibilities:

Video Content Creation:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video strategies that align with the overall marketing goals.

Social Media Management:

Develop and implement social media strategies that integrate video content to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Work closely with the content team to ensure consistent messaging across all digital channels.

Video Editing:

Edit and enhance raw video footage to produce highquality, visually appealing content.
Utilize video editing software to add effects, transitions, and graphics as needed.

Content Creation:

Generate creative and compelling written content for digital platforms when video content is not applicable.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure multimedia content is cohesive and aligns with the brand.

SEO and SEM:

Optimize video content for search engines to improve organic visibility.
Assist in managing and executing paid advertising campaigns that include video components.

Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze video performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist with a focus on video editing.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Creative mindset with a strong ability to generate innovative ideas for video content.
Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Solid understanding of social media platforms, SEO, and SEM.
Familiarity with analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive decisionmaking.
