Job Responsibility:
- Responsible for acquiring new NRI customers and increasing wallet share across multiple products offered by the Mutual Funds, Insurance, Forward contracts, Leverage products, offshore investments.
- Ensure adherence to productivity benchmarks and Sales Targets.
- Responsible for planning, developing and managing the NRI ( Non Resident Indian )
- Clientele and as well as achieving sound profitable growth through the achievement of
- Service & Operations Management
- Anticipate customer's needs and potential problems and seek out ways to increase customer satisfaction. Ensures that all customers concerns and complaints are satisfactorily resolved within the given timelines.
- Handling Clients Portfolio and relationship,
- Generate revenue for the bank by cross selling third party products,
- Ensure high level of customer service, adhering to processes and laid down guidelines.
- Coordinating the operational aspects of the NRI clients with respective departments withinthe stipulated internal checks and controls
- Effective relationship management through satisfactory customer service & timely
- Resolution of customer queries
- Maintaining timely MIS & database reflecting the trends & developments of the business unit regarding sales, and business development for budgetary & strategic review to
- Enhance revenues.
