Job Overview
Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in management or operations or Temple management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills to effectively oversee temple operations and management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with visitors, devotees, and staff.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in vendor management, negotiation, and budgeting.
- Understanding of financial management.
- Familiarity with applicable legal and regulatory requirements of Temple
- Passion for spirituality and having an optimistic approach towards understanding the spiritual journey.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and management of the temple, ensuring smooth functioning.
- Manage the temple staff and volunteers, provide guidance and training as required.
- Coordinate and facilitate events at Temple.
- Ensure the temple premises are wellmaintained and presentable at all times.
- Interact with visitors and devotees, providing guidance, answering their queries, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for templerelated requirements.
- Maintaining temple finances, accounting, and donation tracking.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement sales and Collection strategies to enhance the temple's reach and impact.
- Stay updated with current trends and practices in temple management and activities.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to temple operations.
- Work towards leading our temple to the number one destination among the devotees and the visitors
- Social media platforms (Includes Websites) to be kept alive with constant feeds and branding of the temple
- To work towards spreading AiR's message through Shivoham Shiva Temple across the world
- Constant contribution towards innovation, new products and strategies which will add value to the Temple
- Strongly follow the footsteps laid by AiR for Temple Culture and Operations
Hours of Working - 12 Hrs
Woff - 1 weekly off, 6 days working
Leaves - 12 CL/Year - No Public Holidays
Salary- Fixed salary with monthly performance based Incentives.

Pay:
₹50, ₹80,000.00 per month

- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
