Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for company clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Understand clients' business needs and objectives to identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services that align with their goals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions and proposals tailored to meet clients' specific requirements and preferences.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, such as customer service, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Monitor client accounts and sales pipelines, tracking key metrics and performance indicators to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to management on client activity, sales performance, and revenue projections.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to effectively position our products and services in the marketplace.
  • Participate in sales training and professional development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  • Data Entry / Management
  • Report generation and sharing with higher management.

Qualifications:


  • Any degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- years of experience in inside sales, account management, or related client-facing roles.

  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and close sales deals.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced sales environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
