Description

Should have basic Brewing Knoledge, to manage the operations in each Shift, Should be have sufficient skill to solve the problems related to process or machine using TPM tool., Good communication skill with workmen in native language.

Also should have enough knowledge in planning of shifts/ Brewing/ Production. Also should have knowledge on food safety, industrial safety. Knowldege on SCADA opeation is an added advantage.
