Should be able to Translate between English and Japanese.
Provide hardware / software / network problem diagnosis / resolution via telephone for customer,end users Administer and provide User Access and Exit controls

SKILLS AND JOB REQUIREMENT:
Shall be responsible for Translation, interpretation and communication with Japanese or non Japanese vendors and customers.
