Sales Executive for Civil Construction Materials_

Position Overview:_


As a Sales Executive for Civil Construction Materials, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting the company's products and services within the civil construction industry.

Your primary goal will be to generate revenue by identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of civil construction materials, and a proactive approach to sales.


Key Responsibilities:


1.


Business Development:


  • Identify potential clients and develop strategies to acquire new business within the civil construction industry.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Build a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities by networking, attending industry events, and utilizing online platforms.
  • Present the company's products and services to potential clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.

Client Relationship Management:


  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize retention.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Provide product demonstrations, technical support, and aftersales service to clients as required.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Sales and Revenue Generation:


  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling civil construction materials.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to key decisionmakers, including architects, contractors, and construction companies.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to secure profitable deals.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, and provide regular updates to management.

Product Knowledge and Expertise:


  • Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and emerging technologies related to civil construction materials.
  • Continuously enhance your product knowledge through training sessions, workshops, and selfstudy.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the civil construction or building materials industry.
  • Strong knowledge of civil construction materials, such as concrete, steel, aggregates, cement, etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other salesrelated tools.
  • Familiarity with construction project cycles and an understanding of the decisionmaking processes in the industry.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites and attend industry events as needed.

Salary:
₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
