Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Organizing the production planning of products and managing relationships with suppliers and manufacturers, negotiating prices and terms, and ensuring that production schedules are met.

Ø Preparation of Cost sheets, BOM Sheets, and T&A for the production process.

Ø Ensure that all materials & trims are available for production and that they meet the required quality standards.

Ø Develop and implement production schedules to meet timely demands, while optimizing resources and minimizing downtime.

Ø Should possess strong relationships and contacts with vendors specializing in knits and woven fabrics in and around Delhi NCR.

Ø Take charge of production costs and budget to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Ø Ensure that all products meet the best quality standards. This includes inspecting samples, conducting quality tests, and identifying any defects or issues that need to be addressed.

Ø Create reports and analyse production data to identify areas for improvement.

Ø A technical degree in Fashion Technology | Fashion Design

Ø Good knowledge of Fabrics & raw materials

Ø Good understanding of working with Vendors & Fabricators

Ø Knowledge of CAM- Computerized Stitching and embroidery, Digital Printing and Pattern Making and other processes of high fashion garment manufacturing.

Ø T&A Management

Ø Production Process Planning & follow up.

Ø Hands-on experience with MS- Office Package

Additionally, Should Possess good communication Skills, ability to learn & should be multi-faceted, detail-oriented, & highly organized in work.

Pay:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month

Experience:

Product development: 3 years (required)
Merchandising: 3 years (required)
