Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Manage leads, schedule appointments and client gym tours.
  • Create promotional messages
  • Achieve sales goals and performance requirements by differentiating brand from other athletic facilities.
  • Answer inbound phone calls and make minimum 3040 outbound calls
  • Effective ability to communicate with members, guests, coworkers and managers.
  • Handling cash and other transactions at Point of Sale.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a goaloriented and structured environment.
  • When not touring, Advisors generate new sales leads through prospecting, continuing to work current leads, member referrals, old leads, corporate leads, make retention calls for cancelled members, A minimum of 5 appointments per day is expected.
  • Able to work flexible days and hours including evenings and weekends

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:


  • 02 yrs of experience required in sales
  • Minimum HSC passed
  • Punctual, responsible, reliable and pays attention to detail.
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Ability to work independently and deliver quality work.
  • Ability to quickly adapt & independently work in a fastpaced Agile environment with minimum supervision.
  • A selfstarter with demonstrated ability to take initiative, who can proactively identify issues/opportunities and recommend action.
