Responsibilities:


  • Content Creation and Design:
  • Develop engaging, experiential and informative content for various opportunities offered on the platform, including internships, events, competitions, and courses.
  • Create visually appealing designs and layouts to accompany the content, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and enhancing user experience.
  • Trend Research:
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the fields of education, experiential learning, and related industries.
  • Analyze market insights and user feedback to identify emerging opportunities and adapt content strategies accordingly.
  • Experiential Innovation:
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to brainstorm and implement innovative approaches to enhance the experiential learning journey for users.
  • Integrate cuttingedge technologies and methodologies to create unique and impactful learning experiences.
  • Content Direction:
  • Define and maintain a clear content strategy aligned with the platform's objectives and target audience.
  • Provide guidance and direction to content creators and contributors to ensure consistency, quality, and relevance across all materials.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Education, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in content creation, preferably in the education or elearning sector.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Passion for education and a commitment to enhancing the learning experience for students.

Pay:
₹200, ₹500,000.00 per year
