- Back office, site coordination & troubleshooting
- Providing pre and post order customer support
- Sales Order creation
- Coordination with various departments for order execution
- Preparing product presentation for customers
- Participation in marketing activities such as exhibitions, promotional activities, content writing
- Training juniors & Interns
- Readiness for regional travel
