Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers via telephone to introduce company products/services.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers.
- Identify and qualify leads, and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with interested customers.
- Follow up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly quotas for calls, leads generated, and appointments scheduled.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for attracting new customers.
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competitors.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and concerns
Pay:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
