The primary responsibility is to drive the sales for the company, establish and strengthen relationships with the allocated customer base.
This is an individual contributor role in an employee oriented, high-performance environment that emphasizes on focusing on the customer and helping them out in any way possible.
Your role will start with contacting the potential customers and helping them out to place orders on the Truemeds app or website.
- Conducting sales calls, acquiring new customers and maintaining accurate records
- Explain the customers about Truemeds
- Maintain Customer relations
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Assisting customers in purchasing the medicines that they need
- Increasing business opportunities through finding out references from existing & prospective clients
- Fully responsible for meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically
- Client interaction negotiation, closing the transaction & service support to clients' postsales
- Increasing business opportunities by references from prospective clients
- Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and accuracy
Expectation from you:
You will begin as an individual contributor, working in a team of go-getters to help our customers understand our offering and close the transaction.
You would be spreading awareness about the drugs that can help people save upto 51% on their medicine bills and achieve health outcomes.
Preferred Skill Sets:
- Having a knack for sales
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Interested in mentoring and guiding Indian consumers to help save them money on their medicine bills
- Have a keen interest and deep understanding of the Indian health sector
Academic Qualification:
Any education - 12th Pass/Diploma/Degree
Compensation:
INR 18K/month + (Incentives)

Salary:
₹18,000 per month
