Salary:


  • 15,000 20,000 per month

Experience:


  • Total experience:
  • 3 years of experience in academic counseling
  • Minimum experience:
  • 12 years of experience in academic counseling or related field.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or a related field.

Skillset:

  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Knowledge of academic policies and procedures.

IMMEDIATE JOINERS REQUIRED

Profile introduction:


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct oneonone counseling sessions with students to discuss academic goals, career aspirations, and personal development.
  • Provide information and guidance on educational programs, course selection, and academic policies.
  • Assist students in creating academic plans and setting realistic goals for their academic journey.
  • Monitor student progress and intervene when necessary to address academic challenges.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to support student success initiatives.
  • Organize and conduct workshops on study skills, time management, and stress management.
  • Stay informed about educational trends, programs, and career opportunities to better advise students.

Requirements:


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathetic and patient approach towards students.
  • Knowledge of academic policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty, and staff.
  • Familiarity with career counseling and job placement strategies.

Salary:

₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
