PROFILE SUMMARY
We are looking for a Receptionist to make our clients feel welcome and ensure their pleasant and comfortable stay at our hospital health care.
Roles and Key deliverables of Receptionist:
To provide upscale guest service experiences for clients throughout their comfortable pet care services.
To ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival & Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls to the respective heads.
To take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution.
To ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary records, stationery and material (e.g. Telephone, admission files, fees structure, connectivity to computer components and others etc.)
To Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/message.
To receiving and sorting incoming payments with attention to credibility and managing the status of accounts and balances and identifying inconsistencies
To prepare the MIS Report to the accounts department.
Education & Professional Skill Requirement Criteria:
Respective Diploma/ Degree/PG Degree in Clinical & Non Clinical Hospital related Courses or equivalent from an accredited university/Institutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in (English, Kannada, Hindi ) These languages are mandatory
Demonstrated pleasing personalities and courteous manner staff is needed for managing our valued clients and pet parents.
