Calling Insurance Company on behalf of Doctors / Physicians for claim status.
Follow up with the Insurance Company to check the status of outstanding claims.
Receive payment information if the claims have been processed.
Analyze claims in case of rejections.
Ensure deliverables adhere to quality standards.
