Description

We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive to join our team and help us maintain and grow our client base.

The Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and requirements, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities:


  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with them
  • Understand client's needs and requirements, and provide them with appropriate solutions and recommendations
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients, and follow up on any issues or concerns they may have
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Prepare reports and presentations to update clients on project progress, results, and recommendations
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling products and services to existing clients
  • Respond promptly to client queries and complaints, and escalate issues to the appropriate teams when necessary
  • Keep uptodate with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in client servicing or account management, preferably in the Events(Online & Offline) / Digital Marketing Agencies / Media & Production is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Strong problemsolving skills, with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement them effectively
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with excellent time management skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Temporary

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
