Roles and Responsibilities:
Good Technical knowledge of advanced Web/Mobile App Development.


Explore & target new business leads & opportunities in software/mobile/web development domain (US/UK /Australia markets) through different-2 channels [Online Bidding Portals /Social Media etc.

]


Must be analytical enough to understand project requirements and prepare the detailed proposal, pre-sales discussions, negotiations, closing the sales and handing over the client to the delivery team.

Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prepare convincing write-ups/ messages.

Identify, create and pursue new business opportunities and clients.

Should have the experience in handling the lead generation team, motivate them, support them for qualified leads.

Should be flexible working hours when required.

Self-motivated to meet sales target regularly.

Strong negotiation skills.

Able to propose project budgeting to the client.

Excellent verbal and written English skills for effective communication with overseas clients.

Expert in selling IT services like Mobile App Development, Web App Development to domestic/international clients.

  • Knowledge of LinkedIn's Sales Navigator tool
  • Experience in Business Development, project requirement analysis, drafting proposals, and
negotiation with International clients.

  • Negotiating with stakeholders
  • Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills. Managing and retaining
relationships with existing clients

Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
