- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our services over the call.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Work with a team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns and objectives.
- Understanding clients needs and briefing them about our services.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Requirements:
- Graduates & Post Graduate are welcome.
- Good Communication Skills with instinct to understand customer needs (Fluency in Hindi & English).
- Computer basics.
- Good listening power
