The primary responsibility of the sales officer is to expand the clientele within the branch's service area, cultivate a rapport with them, create a liability book, and increase revenue by cross-selling other banking products.

Responsibilities:


  • Reliable business sources for current account and saving account
  • Their main duty is to sell the bank's products to prospective clients.

  • They are in charge of pitching clients on banking and outside goods in accordance with their requirements.
  • They are responsible for handling customer queries.
  • They are in charge of managing customers.
