Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solutions Architect/Lead to join our team and spearhead our drive for sales growth and customer success.

As the Solutions Architect and Lead, you will be responsible for architecting solutions across end-to-end business processes using modern business processes and the capabilities of Oracle Cloud.

You will also be responsible for articulating the value of such solutions to our customers as part of sales and presales engagement.

As a solution lead at InspireXT, you will play a lead role in our sales process, engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrating how our connected supply chain solutions can address their business challenges.

You will work closely with our sales and
technical teams to ensure the successful acquisition of new clients.

Job Location - Pune/Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

Build and Lead of team of Oracle Manufacturing Cloud architects and practitioners and inspire a growth culture aligned with the company vision.
Develop an indepth understanding of Oracle Fusion Manufacturing and Supply Chain modules and stay updated on new features and updates.
Architecting solutions across endtoend business processes using modern business processes and the capabilities of Oracle Cloud Applications.
Assist in the preparation of comprehensive proposals and RFP responses, addressing client needs and demonstrating the value of our solutions.
Developing a deep understanding of InspireXT 'Connected' solutions and Managed Services propositions that are underpinned by Cloud Technologies and other adjacent technologies and articulating to prospective clients.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to manufacturing and supply chain management to provide informed guidance to clients.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure a smooth transition from presales to project implementation.

Requirements:

15+ years of experience in leading the design, development and delivery of Oracleenabled supply chain solutions, with 7+ years of experience in solution architect and presales roles.
Bachelor's or higher degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication (written and presentation) and influencing skills.
Strong business process expertise coupled with architectural skills.
Proven experience in architecting solutions across endtoend business processes.
Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud and other cloud technologies.
Expertise in Oracle Supply Chain Cloud, with particular focus on some of the following
Manufacturing and Maintenance Management
Inventory and Cost Management
Order Management and Orchestration
Demand and Supply Chain Planning with Global Order Promising
Good understanding of functional areas adjacent to supply chain e.g., finance and customer experience.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong customer engagement skills.
High personal integrity
