Customer Interaction:
Issue Resolution:
- Effectively address and resolve customer concerns, including order issues, product inquiries, and general assistance.
Upselling and Cross-selling:
- Identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell products based on customer preferences and needs.
- Provide recommendations and product suggestions to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
Order Management:
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and modifications.
- Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Salary:
₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
Expected hours: - 5 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
