Customer Interaction:


Issue Resolution:


  • Effectively address and resolve customer concerns, including order issues, product inquiries, and general assistance.

Upselling and Cross-selling:


  • Identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell products based on customer preferences and needs.
  • Provide recommendations and product suggestions to enhance the customer's shopping experience.

Order Management:


  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and modifications.
  • Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure accurate and timely order processing.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month

Expected hours: - 5 per week


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
