We are hiring for Customer Service Representative
(INTERNATIONAL VOICE/CHAT PROCESS)

Looking for someone who can join us on immediate basis


Responsibilities:


Should possess excellent Voice English Communication skills.

  • Ability to handle difficult or irate customers effectively
  • Ability to set expectations and deliver information in a positive and articulate way
  • Professional and positive in interactions with others and is able to establish rapport quickly
  • This role involves developing strong customer relationships and responsible to resolve queries of the customers via Call within the assigned TAT/SLA

Qualifications

  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
  • HSC/GRAD
