Description
Role - Voice Support Executive
Experience - 1 to 3 years
Location - Mumbai
Work Mode - Work from office
Work Type - Full Time
Shift - Night Shift

Timing - 8:30pm to 5:30am


Role & Responsibilities:
Attend to internal / Client queries and requests.
Help with client onboarding and offboarding process.
Provide voice support to resolve client and cross-functional team queries.
Updating business directories as per client requirements
Data population in back-end sheet.
Data Health check.
Data Quality Assurance.
Participate in working projects or tasks aside from his core responsibilities.


Requirements:

Excellent communication (Verbal and Written)
Good computer operating skills
Basic experience with MS Word, MS Excel, Google sheet, Google Docs


Education:

Graduate or Higher Education in any field.


Pay:
₹12, ₹25,000.00 per month
