Job Role:

  • Us Recruiter (Non-It and IT)

Interview Venue:
Block A, Floor-I, Karvy Computershare, Gachibowli, Financial District, Nanakaramguda, Telangana


Experience - 1 to 7 years

Time: 11AM- 4PM

Work Location:

Hyderabad (onsite)

Shifts:
Evening (6.30PM to 3.30AM)


Work model:
Work from office


Cab:
Pick and Drop (For both Male Female)


Contract Duration - 6 Month (It can be extent or convert into permanent based on business need and performance)


Responsibilities:


  • Work with internal technology teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts across levels.
  • Work in sync with the company wide recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, search & selection using job boards, digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning.
  • Use sophisticated applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software and CRM systems to track applicants
  • Sound knowledge of IT concepts and latest trends.
  • Supervise, Coach, Develop and manage a team of recruiters

  • Graduate (Any Discipline)
