- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Assist customers in resolving issues and concerns
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customercentric approach with a problemsolving attitude
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
