Profile Introduction:

We are seeking a dynamic Banquet Sales Coordinator to join our team.

This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, who can effectively manage and coordinate all aspects of banquet sales to ensure memorable events.


Responsibilities:


  • Act as a liaison between clients and banquet operations team.
  • Promote and sell banquet services to potential clients.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including menu selection, room setup, and audiovisual equipment.
  • Prepare contracts and agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and meet sales targets and revenue goals.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in sales or event planning.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and event management software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when needed.

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
