Interior Site Supervisor

Location:
Mohali

Work From Office

Experience : - 5 years

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee all interior construction activities onsite, including but not limited to framing, drywall installation, flooring, painting, and finishing work.
Ensure that projects are completed according to design specifications, quality standards, and building codes.
Supervise and direct subcontractors and laborers to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
Monitor project progress and identify any issues or delays that may arise, implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure that workmanship meets quality standards and address any deficiencies promptly.
Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing all relevant safety regulations and protocols.
Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to resolve any design or constructionrelated issues.
Communicate effectively with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Keep accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and material inventories.
Manage project budgets and expenses, tracking costs and identifying areas for cost savings where possible.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Interior Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
Indepth knowledge of interior construction techniques, materials, and building codes.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
Familiarity with construction management software and tools for project scheduling and budgeting.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality workmanship.
Strong problemsolving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Salary:
₹300, ₹500,000.00 per month
