Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calling campaigns to generate sales leads and convert sales
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build longterm relationships
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and sales progress
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a consistent customer experience
- Keep uptodate with product knowledge to effectively sell to customers
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to convert sales through cold calling and followup
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Adept at problemsolving and conflict resolution
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus
Job Types:

Salary:
₹8, ₹20,000.00 per month
