Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our recruiting team.

Responsibilities:

Developing and executing recruiting strategies to improve interviewtoselection ratio.
Act as a point of contact between the founder and internal/external stakeholders, handling inquiries, requests, and information dissemination effectively.
Provide support to the founder in various projects, conducting research, preparing reports, and assisting with presentations as required.
Assist in researching and identifying potential customers, developing relationships with hiring managers, and providing regular support throughout the interview & selection process.
Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the founder to contribute to the overall success of the firms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce or a related field.
Proficient in using Microsoft Word & Excel.
Ability to operate in fastpaced work environment with integrity and accountability.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a rollupthesleeves work ethic and a "dowhatit takes" mindset to perform the given job duties.
