Must be proficient in English in terms of Written, Non-Verbal, Oral, Visual, and Contextual communication- Active Listening
- Must have minimum 1 year experience
- Working on tickets and resolving the issues of clients/customers.
- Handling escalations and resolving P1/P2 issues liasoning with the development team.
- Testing/replicating the issues raised by clients
- Logging PMT tickets for a resolution from appropriate teams
- Working on tickets and resolving the issues of clients/customers
- Handling escalations and resolving P1/P2 issues liasoning with the Eng. team
- Testing/replicating the issues raised by clients
- Working with different tools like SendGrid, Twilio and Raygun
- Installation of software's at client site
- Giving training to the users at client site
- Follow up with users to upgrade/renew the software
- Testing the functionalities of the software
- Testing of Patches received from offshore
- Application of patches on UAT/LIVE environment
- WebEx/Team viewer sessions with offshore to resolve issues.
- Coordination between client and offshore
- Giving remote support to clients
Qualification:
B.Tech/B.Scit/B.C.A/Any Specialization in Tech
Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
