  • 46 years of experience in telesales with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and drive results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with team members and customers
  • Analytical thinking and problemsolving skills to address sales challenges effectively

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of telesales representatives to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market reach
  • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular coaching sessions to improve sales skills
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and efficient sales operations

Pay:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
