- 46 years of experience in telesales with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and drive results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with team members and customers
- Analytical thinking and problemsolving skills to address sales challenges effectively
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of telesales representatives to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market reach
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular coaching sessions to improve sales skills
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and efficient sales operations
Pay:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
