Requirements:


  • Should have good knowledge of Ms. Word, Ms. Excel.
  • Should have good typing speed (50 words/ minute)
  • Must have knowledge of filling government tenders (export)
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Should know V-LOOK UP, H-LOOK UP, PIVOT TABLE and Drafting

Responsibilities Front Desk Receptionist

  • Prepare mailings and couriers, accept them, and distribute them.
  • Supervise and ensure that thirdparty cleaning agents clean the office on time and in accordance with their weekly contract schedule, as well as any other official services execution and completion.
  • On days other than the thirdparty cleaning agent's planned days, do basic dusting and cleaning of the office and its equipment/appliances, and make sure the office is constantly clean and wellorganized.
  • Assist with the planning of travel and lodging, and prepare vouchers according to instructions.
  • Maintain a tight eye on all branch recordkeeping papers and tasks.
  • Assist with the review of records, as well as incoming and outgoing requisitions.
  • Perform basic HR and administrative duties.
  • Assist and coordinate with the marketing and sales teams.
  • Assist salespeople with customer account management and documentation.
  • Assist with the implementation of different human resources programmes and procedures for all firm workers, including newhire inductions, orientations, reference checks, and preemployment formalities.
  • Prepare and compile appropriate reports and records from all branches, and make sure they're up to date and accurate.
  • Calendars should be updated and meetings should be scheduled.
  • Follow safety rules and restrict access to the office to keep it safe.
  • Clear and organise the crockery, etc., and offer water/beverages to the guests and directors.
  • Answer, screen, and forward all incoming calls, as well as make calls related to office management.
  • Organize, monitor, order, and review inventory of office supplies and purchases for all branches while keeping a close eye on the budget.
