Description

Roles and responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to craft impactful designs and content
Contribute to the development of social media content and design of other marketing

collaterals such as ads, reports, pitch decks, posters etc.

Keep updated on current trends and do research on design trends and industry best

practices.

Conduct research on best practices and trends in nonprofit communications to optimize

Antarang's outreach efforts.

Conduct regular media monitoring.

Other Support:

Help with general tasks, including organizing meetings, preparing materials, and

maintaining files.

Assist in data entry, recordkeeping, and generating reports related to fundraising and

communications activities.

Support the team in any other ad hoc tasks or projects as required

Profile Requisites-

Graduate or currently enrolled in a bachelor's program, preferably in

communications, marketing, nonprofit management, or a related field.

Excellent written and verbal English communication. (Non negotiable)
Passionate about social causes and making a positive impact on youth

empowerment.

Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather information

from various sources.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize

tasks effectively.

Proficiency in Canva /Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,

InDesign)/Figma

Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team.
A commitment to delivering highquality design work
Excellent time management skills, ability to manage competing priorities and

meet project deadlines
