Inbound Sales Executive - Mohali, India - ROI Minds Pvt. Ltd.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion: Respond to inbound sales inquiries promptly and effectively, guiding leads through the sales process to conversion.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential clients.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing solutions.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective lead management and closing strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to overall team success.
- Documentation: Keep accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions, transactions, and communications in the CRM system
Pay:
₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
