Responsibilities:

Develop detailed piping drawings and 3D models using CAD software and other engineering tools, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
Collaborate with engineering teams to review piping system requirements and design parameters.
Participate in project meetings to understand scope, timelines, and deliverables, providing technical insights as needed.
Perform piping system calculations and analyses to ensure designs meet functionality and safety standards.
Coordinate with other disciplines to resolve design conflicts and ensure integration of all system components.
Update and maintain piping specifications, libraries, and drafting procedures to reflect the latest industry practices.
Mentor junior draftsmen, sharing knowledge and best practices to elevate team capabilities.
Participate in site visits, surveys, and inspections as needed to gather data relevant to design and modifications.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the drafting and design process through innovative solutions and technology integration.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of five years of experience as a Piping Draftsman, preferably in the engineering, construction, or related industry.
Advanced proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, MicroStation) and 3D modeling tools (e.g., PDMS, SP3D).
Strong understanding of piping systems, materials, and standards (e.g., ASME, ANSI, ASTM).
Excellent technical, analytical, and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to produce clear and detailed technical documentation.
Relevant diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting Technology, or equivalent.
Willingness to engage in continuous learning and development.

Job Types:

Pay:
₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
