Job Role:
Customer Service Executive with Good Com Skill in English
Office Location - MIDC, Andheri (East)
**Working days
- Monday to Friday**
Job Timings: 12:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. (UK process)
Fresher & Experienced both are welcomed
Job Summary:
- Calling clients to introduce our company.
- Booking Engineer appointment.
- Cocoordinating with Engineer is on each job and updating the system.
- Follow up with the suppliers for parts.
- Analysing and predicting on certain jobs and evaluating accordingly.
- Making sure the job is completed within the target date.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Salary:
₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
