Responsibilities:


Internal Designation for this role will be Executive - Design.

  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with business analyst, project manager and developers.
  • Producing highquality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
  • Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation regarding style guidelines.
  • Improve the look and feel of the product across multiple platforms (Android, iOS and web).
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
  • Be a constant user advocate, in every aspect of your work.

Qualification & Skills:


Mandatory:


  • Proven 1+ year of work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Portfolio of design projects that details strong interaction, thought process and visual design skills.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Figma, HTML5, CSS, Illustrator, Visual Design and Wire-Framing tools.
  • Deep understanding of typography, layout & composition, information architecture, color theory, fluid grid systems, animation & transitions.
  • Proven ability to conceptualize from scratch elegant designs to enhance the product experience.
  • Proactively identifying and seizing the opportunity to propose improvements to existing product design, design tools and the design processes.

Good to Have:


  • Excellent knowledge of web standards, native mobile design systems (iOS and Android), progressive improvements, dynamic content retrieval, and responsive/adaptive design techniques.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Product Analytics tools for UX decisions, AB testing etc.
  • Experience with coding and ability to troubleshoot using HTML, CSS and comparable languages.
