Responsibilities:

1) You should be able to do all the farm work self-independently or on your own up to a minimum level like doing the spray work, running weeder machinery, grass cutting, running the fertiliser schedules as per schedule and supervising the major farm work by labour staff help as fits.

• Being able to understand and do/execute all type of farm work at the farm on your own (or as advised by seniors) and be able to coach other staff or labours.

2) Engaging with Senior Agronomist/Management on a daily basis and provide update and take advisory services to develop better planting, crop cultivation, fertilization, disease prevention, company farm management and harvesting techniques, improving crop yield, and solving crop problems.

• Daily status update: updating the progress, status of crops, farms and anything else in the integrated farm.
• Monitoring health of crops regularly and highlighting and seeking the treatment and executing those advised prescription.
• Maintaining and update of the records of farm things stock and arrange/procure the farm needs.

3) Being able to run/operate and troubleshoot farm machineries for farm usage and be a quick learner. Also ensure the farm labours also are able to do the same by coaching them.

• Investigating and troubleshooting farm machineries, drips, electricity to a basic level until more expertise is required.

4) Update yourself on different crops and understand their growth cycle, diseases, and being able to maintain their well growth and be accountable for their performance.

5) Doing labor management assigning them farm work and ensuring the optimised way of work execution with efficiently and enabling a time bound performance by them.

• Finding out new labours replacement when labours are on leave or leaving

or need of more labours for specific work.

6) Taking care of the harvested products by doing sales and collection of payment, purchase of fertilisers and other required products for farm need in the local and nearby markets.

7) Maintaining & updating of detailed records/reports on a daily basis regarding farm fields, crops, harvest, sales, purchase, labour management and any other required details.

8) Be flexible to travel periodically to client's farms and analyse them and review our services and crop progress.

9) Be accountable for any operational execution negligences and try to avoid such situations. Be proactive in analysing and forecasting such situations and put out any immediate mitigation action by discussing with management.

10) Daily making round tour of both farms, all crops and any other related job funstions in integrated farm and listing out all the actions or jobs need to be performed or as applicable rather than always being told by management. (_Objective is to make a successful and profitable integrated farm in an efficient and less expensive way._)


Requirements:

Accomodation: Preferably to stay at our farm house and work from there. Farm house accommodation will be provided.

Shift timings: Morning 6AM till 10AM (4 hours) and then 2PM till 6pm (4 hours) total 8 hours working schedule which fits into the agricultural farm work due to weather circumstances and crop needs.

• Should have your own bike/moped/transport medium. Fuel allownaces would be considered for any explicit work of farm.
• Awareness of industry trends, technology, and developments in the Agro industry.
• Strong research, decision making, critical thinking, presentation skills and problemsolving skills.
• Able to understand Agricultural soil and crop.

Benefits:

1)
Salary: 12000/-month during the probation period of 6 months (Post that yearly appraisal based which is linked to performance wise hikes).

• INR 8000/ is basic salary and INR 4000/ is performance based variable component in your above monthly salary.

2)
Commission: 5% of sales commission calculated on monthly wise and paid on half-yearly wise.

3) Weekly/Bi-weekly off (Tuesday) and any public holidays as applicable.
