Job Description:

We are looking for a UX designer to join our international User Experience team to establish the Human Centered Design Process in our business unit

You will be part of a dynamic and open-minded UX team and support with your design skills to provide great solutions for our end-users.

Be actively involved in user research, ideation, and conceptual design in different projects.

Communicate user insights as well as your ideas, designs, and other creations clearly with internal customers and team members, both verbally and visually.

Manage design project timeline, milestone and deliverables with internal and external clients.

Report project status to internal management, client and other external stakeholders and support project leads to establish UX in their projects.

Define and perform qualitative and quantitative user research and testing procedures, from initial inspirational research to usability testing and derive user insights.

Create appealing and emotionally engaging interaction concepts, from early concepts and prototypes to production-ready solutions.

Strengthen the internal Bosch UX team by becoming an active member of the Bosch UX community.

Your potential tasks:

Evaluation of existing process workflows and creation of To-Be User Journeys.
Creation of mockups and clickable prototypes based on our BOSCH design guidelines.

Qualifications:

Diploma, or bachelor's/master's degree in interaction design, interface design, design research or a comparable field of study and with a few years of work experience as UX designer.
High level of proficiency in conceptual design, interaction design, information architecture and rapid prototyping with Adobe XD or Figma.
Enthusiastic about creating effective UX designs and execution of big UX projects.
Work experience in a successful design agency or comparable experience in a UX team. Ability to solve problems in a proactive, focused and creative manner. Work under time constraints on several tasks and projects simultaneously, as well as a marked ability to work across crossfunctional teams.
High level of English language proficiency required.
Joy working in the team and having direct contact with endusers.
