ABOUT THE ROLE
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Suggest or inform customers about the best deals, offers, or promotions whenever they are available.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction by going the extra mile to engage customers.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Display accurate and compelling offers/coupons with proper description and detailed information required for a userfriendly experience.
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain the problem or reason for contacting.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience of 1 year in customer service role handling customer support/technical queries.
- Advanced computer skills with very good typing speed.
- Excellent oral and written communication and people interaction skills.
- Handson experience with ticketing software like Freshdesk/Freshchat.
- Good analytical skills with active listening and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Work independently and own the raised matter till closure.
- Work experience in SAAS companies is an added advantage
