Graphic Design Intern:
Gurgaon, India
Basis performance, this position also provides the opportunity for full-time employment.
Responsibilities:
External Brand Visibility
- Brainstorming digital marketing and campaign ideas
- Maintaining an active presence on the company's social media pages
- Coordinating with the HR/Social MediaTeam for weekly/monthly action plans
- Coordinating with third party vendors for campaigns and projects as appropriate
- Managing scheduling for approved content
- Creating and assisting with the creation of interesting content for blogs, infographics, static creatives, videos, and webinars
- Ensuring consistency in the brand's tone and content across all social media platforms
- Engaging with the target audience on all social media channels
- Benchmarking the latest branding trends across industry
- Conduct research related to website redesign and make appropriate recommendations
Internal Brand Visibility
- Scope out and create design layouts for internal initiatives
- Work with HR function to create appropriate flyers on a need basis
Client Presentation Elevation
- Assist with enhancing slides for clients, proposals, internal meetings as required
Qualifications:
- Completed/pursuing Bachelor's degree in Design/ Visual Communication/ Strategic Branding or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and latest design tools & technologies
- Adept with photo/videography and postproduction editing
- Familiarity with handling professional social media platforms
- Highly creative and motivated
- Impressive oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Ability to work collaboratively and willingness to learn new skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
