The Cyber Security (CS) team protects the Bank and our customers from cyber compromise, through proactive management of cyber security, privacy and operational risk

Cyber Delivery
Identity & Access Assurance

The Identity & Access Solution Delivery team is part of the Identity and Access management team and is responsible for Onboarding IT services to the Group's IAM security controls (Access Provisioning & De-provisioning, Single Sign on and Privileged Access Management) and providing the solution delivery expertise to continuously develop and improve the enterprise IAM services.

We enable the Bank and its group entities to manage their IAM risk, provide productivity benefits and enable innovation to the Group and its customers.

Your responsibilities

Identifying business needs and problems/issues, defining and developing a feasible solution scope.
Providing advice and demonstrating deep understanding of the IAM controls suitable for the business and technical needs of an Onboarding service and role maintenance across the IAM ecosystem.
Ensuring that the team adheres to the IAM standards and guardrails.
Enable a highperforming team that delivers customer outcomes at a fast and sustainable pace
Ensure highest priority work is always the focus by supporting the Customer Outcome Owner to develop, groom and prioritize the backlog/work
Support the refinement of work into small doable pieces. Support the squad to refine, split, estimate, develop and test the work
Remove impediments for the team and ensure open & honest communication
Promote technical bestpractice (CI/CD, TDD, Dev Ops culture)
Drives and supports all squad members to deliver their customer outcomes
Facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution
Ensures quality and timely completion of work. Where WIP carries over to the next sprint, ensure it is completed and not forgotten
Supports a strong risk culture and effectively manages all risks utilizing appropriate frameworks, policies and procedures, systems of management, internal controls and risks measures.

Promote agile ways of working.

Coach and support squad in Lean/Agile practices and relentless improvement using a servant leadership style.
Coach squad members in Agile practices and empower the squad to operate in an Agile way of working.

Communication with external stakeholders

Provide comms to relevant stakeholders including information on progress to support delivery and release management.

Leadership and Management

You will be expected to perform the following tasks in a manner consistent with CBA's leadership capabilities of Customer Focus, Commercial Acumen, Driving Results, Growing Talent and Leading with Vision and Values.
Work within a team environment, provide assistance in the management and leadership of your team, and complete associated tasks.

Experience -

Essential:

Must have at least 3 years using agile methods, 5 years is preferred.
Must have experience working with Identity and Access Management Domain
Must have strong stakeholder and customer engagement skills.
Excellent communication and mentoring skill
Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least two years for a software development team.
Relevant IT or business tertiary qualifications is desirable.

Desirable:

Previous experience Financial Services
Experience working in technology enabled change programs/ projects.
Experience in Risk and/or audit

Qualifications

Essential:

3+ Years of relevant agile practitioner
Experience in solution delivery in Identity and Access Management
Part of scrum alliance: CSM, CSPO, CSP

Desirable:

Relevant IT or business tertiary qualifications
Recognised industry certifications and Have a Scrum Master certification.
