**Roles And Responsibilities:
- **Applicant must possess experience as LIVE MEDICAL SCRIBE of minimum 2 years or above.
Excellent typing skills WPM with 95% Accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and at least 97% quality while making medical notes.
Live Medical Scribes are those who watch live conversation between doctor and patient and
accordingly prepare Medical Notes.

Attending patient visits with the physician and documenting the visit in real time (not more than 1.5X efficiency) using an EHR system, preferably EPIC or eCW.

Enter patient information, including the patient's chief complaint, history of present illness, physical exam, assessment, and plan.
Document any orders or prescriptions made by the physician.
Review and revise documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Comply with all HIPAA and other applicable regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned by the physician or supervisor.


Salary:
₹400, ₹500,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
