What you'll be doing
- Sourcing and chasing employment, educational and character references through multiple channels
- Prompting Admin Team to provide missing information and ensure all vetting trackers are updated with complete information
- Checking disclosure checks and update the all vetting tracker and reports
What you'll need
- Graduate or above (Preferable)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in HR operations or shared services
- Understanding of and experience using HRMS tools
- Ability to complete tasks in stipulated turnaround times (TAT)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Sound knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
