Responsibilities:


  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with checkin/checkout procedures.
  • Provide information to guests about hotel amenities, local attractions, and directions.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs, such as housekeeping, maintenance, and room service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized lobby area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including answering phones, processing reservations, and handling payments.
  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of guest information.
  • Uphold company standards for customer service excellence at all times.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality management is a plus.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Delhi NCR

Job Types:
Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
₹7, ₹10,000.00 per month
