Responsibilities:

Data Entry: Accurately inputting and updating data into the company's databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Administrative Support: Providing administrative assistance to various departments as needed, including handling correspondence, filing documents, and organizing records.

Office Errands: Undertaking office-related errands, such as purchasing office supplies, delivering documents, and running errands to the bank or other institutions.

Document Management: Managing physical and digital documents, ensuring proper storage, organization, and retrieval of files as per established protocols.

Office Maintenance: Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the office premises, including monitoring and replenishing supplies in common areas.

Coordination: Coordinating with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders for office-related services and requirements.

Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.

Data Analysis: Assisting in basic data analysis tasks, such as generating reports, charts, and graphs from collected data.

Ad-hoc Tasks: Performing additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for officerelated errands.
- Familiarity with basic office equipment and procedures.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.
Pay:
₹10, ₹18,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (required)
