Job Overview:

The leading offbeat and experiential tour company, known for their unique concept - based trails, curating memorable travel adventures, providing top-notch services, and ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction that have helped create a different narrative of Goa are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join their team and play a pivotal role in driving their marketing initiatives to new heights.

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
Analyze and report on the performance of SEM campaigns, making datadriven recommendations for improvement.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate endtoend customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Team management experience, handling a Team of 45 members.
Willingness to travel on field to capture onsite content and engage with target audiences.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in SEO/SEM with a track record of successful campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
Proficiency in photography and video production, with knowledge of editing tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Willingness to travel for onfield content creation.
