This dedicated client is the UK's leading gardening charity with a vision to enrich everyone's life through plants and make the UK a greener and more beautiful place.

From the seven-year-old nurturing a single succulent on her bedroom shelf, to the professional garden designer showcasing their latest creation at the client show, the client is passionate about the positive power of plants and the ability to make people, gardens and spaces of any size come to life

This is where ground-breaking scientific discoveries are made, where connecting more people to the environmental, health and wellbeing benefits of gardening.

This is where horticultural expertise comes to life. Sharing over 200 years of knowledge at their gardens, in the libraries and online.

Reporting into the Design Director, you'll work in a team of eight, based in London and offshore in India.

Working alongside an Account Director, Design Director, Project Manager, 2 x Designers, Copywriter, Motion Graphics Designer and an Integrated Artworker.

THIS ROLE IS RIGHT FOR YOU IF...

You love a creative challenge. Being able to offer practical solutions to design briefs is second nature to you. You're keen to work closely with the designers and develop a good understanding of the complexities around working together. Getting involved with the day-to-day as well as thinking about the bigger picture is something you relish.

What you'll be doing:

Producing design/ideas to the client's brief and exacting standards from the outset until completion.
Positively influencing clients with creative input in addition to undertaking and pitching new creative concepts.
Developing creative that is onbrand, innovative, challenging and attuned to the cultural interests of the audience.
Create inspiring and exciting content from repurposing, reformatting of assets to ideation across both print and digital.
Using your innate creative flair, strong art direction and concepting skills delivers ideas to be used across multiplatforms.
Be an entrepreneurial designer helping deliver proactive creative ideas and output that builds brand and account.
Keenly evaluate and monitor industry trends and brands, research industry developments in branding and marketing to be at the forefront of creative excellence.
Working within a team of 5 creatives in different global territories.

What you'll need:

A great team player with a clientcentric focus and the ability to build strong and effective working relationships.
Strong personal project management skills, teamed with an aptitude for managing multiple varying sized projects seamlessly for a highprofile client.
A keen eye for brand consistency across multiple jobs.

5+ years of relevant experience in:

Adobe Creative Suite
Digital Design
Motion Graphics
Creative design & production knowledge
Prior experience working in a fastpaced environment, with an ability to step into projects as needed.
Strong typography, layout, and technical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Languages: English.
