Shift :
Night Shift

  • 5:30PM to 2:30 AM (2 way Cab would be provided)

Job Location:
Corporate Rd, Makarba, Ahmedabad, Gujarat


Salary: 16500 to 30000 Per month


Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone to a global clientele, often in multiple languages.
  • Actively listen to customer queries and requests to understand their needs.
  • Effectively troubleshoot problems and find solutions, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure a positive experience, fostering longterm relationships.
  • Document customer interactions accurately for future reference and followup.
  • Utilize technical knowledge and access to internal resources to address customer inquiries.
  • Stay uptodate on company products, services, and promotions to effectively inform customers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from various departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

Qualifications:


  • Fluency in English and at least one other language (depending on the company's specific needs).
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field (a plus).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, targetdriven environment.
  • Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity to international clients.
  • Proficiency in using computers and related software programs.
